What ROOF is, and isn't

ROOF gives homeowners estimates, analysis and help working with roofers. ROOF is not a roofing contractor, doesn't do roof work, and isn't a substitute for an in-person inspection. Estimates, aerial measurements and photo readings can be wrong. Prices are planning figures, not offers. Nothing on the site is legal, insurance or financial advice.

Roofers

Any roofer you hire is an independent business. Your contract is between you and them, and they are responsible for their work, licenses, insurance and warranties. Roofers shown in “roofers near me” are public business listings from Google; ROOF hasn't vetted them and isn't paid by them. Check licensing and insurance before you hire anyone.

Cost

Using ROOF and booking a roofer visit through it are free for homeowners. If that ever changes, we'll tell you before you are charged anything.

Using the site fairly

Don't misuse the site: no automated scraping, no false requests, and nothing illegal. We may limit or block access to stop abuse.

Liability

ROOF is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Island Global Co isn't liable for decisions you make based on the site, or for the work, prices or conduct of any roofer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
