| Every spring | Look for lifted or missing shingles and clear gutters. Take four photos for the record. |
| Every fall | Clear gutters and downspouts before freeze-up to prevent ice dams. |
| After hail over 1 inch nearby | ROOF will alert you. Get an inspection before the insurance claim window closes. |
| Year 5 and 10 | Have the flashing and sealant checked. Keep the report; the warranty may ask for it. |
