Thanks for the proposal. Before we decide, could you revise it to set the decking allowance at 17 sheets and bill anything beyond that per sheet with photos; price standard architectural shingles with the same warranty term; drop the powered attic fans (the ridge vent and soffits already ventilate the attic); remove the second chimney flashing line, since it repeats the first?

Based on comparable full-scope bids for this roof, we're looking for a total near $21,500. If something about our roof justifies more, we're glad to look at the details.
